Three things we will not compromise on.

Generic AI tools promise the world on a single dashboard. The parts they hide — where the data goes, who can audit a decision, and how a draft becomes an action — are the parts that matter when regulators start asking questions.

You own the workflow
Every automation runs on your own n8n Cloud or self-hosted instance. Your logic, your credentials, your data — never on a US-hosted SaaS beneath a generic UI.
Where it runs

n8n Cloud (EU region) or your own VM. Credentials never leave that boundary. Prompts live next to the workflow JSON.

Humans in the loop, not out
A configurable approval step can sit between any AI draft and the action that fires it. Drafts queue, a reviewer approves, then the send happens. Always auditable.
What changes

Drafts queue in a table or Slack channel. Approvals and rejections are timestamped. Two-eyes thresholds are configurable per workflow.

The boring tools, wired well
OpenAI, your CRM, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, calendars, ticketing. We connect what you already pay for so automation does not require another vendor.

    We map the boring 20%

    Two or three workshops. We document the manual path — trigger, inputs, decision points, side-effects, who needs to approve what. You get a one-page scope, fixed price, fixed deliverables.

  2. Build

    We build on your instance

    Workflows are scaffolded on a sandbox, then promoted to your n8n instance. Credentials live there. We wire OpenAI where it adds value, skip it where a rule is faster and cheaper.

  3. Ship

    You sign off, we hand over

    Acceptance test against your real data, with real and synthetic inputs. We document the runbook so your team can edit the workflow the day we leave.

  4. Operate

    Support retainer, optional

    Most clients stay on a monthly retainer for change requests, monitoring and on-call. Some drop it after handover — that is fine too.
